I led the creative integration of NXP and Freescale legacy sites after the merge. NXP.com is a data rich site consisting mostly of technical product data and tools to help the customers find information on the vast portfolio.
I designed the interface and experience on an iPad application for ordering Freescale microcontroller products. The app was used by sales personnel and customers to customize the chips.
One of the first priorities of the new brand was to create a consistent look and feel for mobile applications. I was the liaison between the brand and marketing teams and the web team to represent all parties.
As Creative Director for the business groups, I worked with the web development team to improve the experience, elevate the brand and simplify parametric search and usability of site libraries on Freescale.com
Working with the web designer, we created the Mobile App Style Guide. We converted existing applications to the new style and published the guide company-wide to support the many smaller product branding efforts.
NXP Crosscheck is an application created for design engineers to compare similar processors from all products. I designed this communication to include QR codes for quick access, this one for AsiaPac region.
The style of this microsite became the basis for other microsites. Large imagery, simple messaging and the right amount of data made these sites an effective tool for promoting specific product features.
I consulted on NXP.com and Freescale.com throughout my career at the company. I was the lead creative for the team to promote the brand.
I worked with a 3D vendor to create a microsite for the automotive solutions by Freescale. The site was accompanied by an augmented reality app.
